Eligibility Criteria for Arunachal Pradesh PSC Recruitment 2020
Online applications are invited from the citizens of India for filling up 137(one hundred thirty-seven) posts of Junior Specialists, under the Department of Health & Family Welfare. Govt of Arunachal Pradesh in the Pay scale Rs.67.700- 208700/- Level-II in pay matrix plus NPA as admissible under rule, Out of 137 posts. 110 posts are reserved for APST and 27 posts are unreserved, Out of 10 posts reserved for APST. 4 posts are reserved for PwD. The discipline wise details Of posts are given below.
Eligibility: A recognized medical qualification included in the First or Second Sch«iuJe or Part-ll of the Third Schedule (Other than licentiate qualification) the Indian Medical council Act. 1956.
Holders or Educational qualification included in the Part-II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the condition stipulated in sub-section (3) of the section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act. 1956.
Holders of Post-graduate degree or Post-Graduate Diploma in the concerned specialty mentioned in Sectaon A or Section B or Section as the case may be in Schedule-VI or equivalent of Arunachal Pradesh Health Service Rules.2000.
The minimum experience o, 3 and 5 years for PG and PG Diploma holders respectively required as per APHS Rules 2000 has been waived on. However. preference may given to candidate with experience.
The selection will be made through Viva-voce/lnterview only.
How to Apply:
(i) Before applying online Application for the post. candidate must mandatorily register themselves in One Time Registration (OTR)
(ii) Candidates are required to apply online using the website www.appsc.gov.in.Detail instructions for One Time Registration (OTR) and Online Application are available on the above-mentioned website. The applicants are advised to submit only single application; however. if due to any unavoidable situation. if he/she submits another/multiple applications. then he/she must ensure that application with the higher Registration IDs (RID) is complete in all like applicants details. photograph. signature. Photo ID. fee etc. applicants who are submitting multiple applications should note that only the applications with higher RID shall be entertained by the Commission and fee paid against one RID shall be adjusted against any other RID.
(iii) who have registered in OTR need not register again and they Can directly log in to fill up online form using their user ID and password.
Scanned copies of following document and information to be
(i) Signature of the candidate on White paper with black ink pen (20-60 kb in jpg format). (ii) Latest/Recent passport size photo k (40- 100 kb in jpg format).
(iii) Self Attested Xerox copies of Degree/Post Graduate/Post Graduate Diploma certificates and marksheets issued by the Assistant Regjstrar/Registrar/Controller of Examination/Vice- Chancellor Of the concerned University to ascertain degree.
(iv) Self Attested Xerox copy of Matriculation Certificate for proof of age issued by the Board only will be acceptd
(v) Self Attested Xerox copy of APST certificate and copy of PRC/Aadhar Card in case of General candidates.
(vi) Self Attested Xerox copy of Medical Council Registration Certificate.
(vii) Experience certificate and other document
(viii) PWD candidates should submit disability certificate obtained from State Medical Board. Such board should Comprise a Specialist Of the particular category of disability for which the certificate is sought for, failing which such certificate will be rejected.
Eligible candidates will have to produce the above-mentioned Certificates/Documents and markshects in original at the time of interview, railing whicb he/she will not be allowed to appear in the interview. The decision ofthe Commission as to the eligibility or otherwise of candidate for admission to interview or selection will be final and no cortcsrx»ndcncc or enquiry will be entertained.
